Our
second morning at Sky Harbor
was spent at the other end
of the runway, down by Cutter
Aviation's FBO.
We
did attract some attention
from the airport police and
from airport operations, but
both sets of people were happy
with us being where we were.
We were just asked to move
our steps back from the fence
to save us from impaling ourselves
on the top of wire!

who we met out there and who
put in good words for us with
the police.
Just
after 1100 the anticipated
runway change happened, and
it worked out pretty well
for this location.
As
nice as conditions were we
needed to be on our way at
1200 as we had other things
to do - namely Glendale, Goodyear
and then head down to Tucson.
